After sales service

I have a problem with my electrical appliance.

Is your electrical appliance not working properly?

Whether your electrical appliance is covered by warranty or not, the procedure to follow remains the same. If your appliance is no longer under warranty, repair costs will be incurred.

Please contact our Customer Service and select the reason “After-sales service – product under warranty.” Provide as much information as possible to help our Customer Service better understand the problem (name, surname, order number / date and place of purchase, photos, videos, etc.).

  • Dyson Appliance

If the electrical appliance is from the Dyson brand, you need to have previously registered your appliance. You can contact them directly to address your issue by phone at 0 800 945 801 or by email: help@dyson.fr.

  • SteamPod Appliance

If the electrical appliance is from the SteamPod brand, we advise you to visit the Rowenta After-Sales Service website directly. Enter your postal code to find the nearest repair center.

Include the corresponding invoice with your defective appliance. Then, send or drop off the package directly at the repair center. Your SteamPod appliance will be handled by authorized and trained repair technicians.

The box and any accessories (pouch, nozzle, etc.) should not be sent for after-sales service; you should keep them.

  • ghd Appliance

If the appliance is from the ghd brand, you can directly visit the ghd website, under the “Help and Contact” category, then “Returns” section. Fill out and print the form, along with a pre-paid Chronopost coupon.

The package you send should contain:

  • A copy of your invoice
  • The defective ghd product
  • The completed contact form.

The box and any accessories (pouch, nozzle, etc.) should not be sent for after-sales service; you should keep them.
