Accepted payment methods

On the website audacifit.com, you can pay using the following payment methods:

Bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard)
PayPal (via PayPal account or by credit card, single payment or in 4 installments at no extra cost)
Alma (3 installments at no extra cost)

Payment by credit card

Audacifit reserves the right to request a copy of the customer’s ID and/or any information related to the customer’s identity.

Important: Authentication request (3D Secure)

The European Payment Services Directive (PSD2), which came into effect on September 14, 2019, mandates the implementation of 3D Secure V2.

In addition to the credit card number, expiration date, and the three-digit security code (printed on the back of the card), you may be required to enter a one-time unique code sent by your bank via SMS or through a banking application. This step is mandatory for payment validation and order confirmation.

This secure payment protocol helps mitigate fraud risks by ensuring, with each online payment, that the card is being used by its rightful owner. It is not managed by Audacifit but directly by your bank.

Payment via PayPal

PayPal is a secure online payment service that allows users to make purchases.

To use PayPal’s services, the user must create an account and provide their banking information to PayPal, such as the payment card number. Subsequently, transactions are easily conducted by entering one’s PayPal credentials into the payment interface.

You can use PayPal to make a one-time payment or pay in 4 installments at no extra cost for any purchase of physical goods ranging from €30 to €2000*.

Choose PayPal as your payment method at the time of purchase.
The option for payment in 4 installments will appear if available; select it.
Your request is verified online within seconds.
Complete your payment.

Payment via Alma

For any purchase of physical goods ranging from €150 to €2000*, you can choose to pay in 3 installments at no extra cost with Alma.

To spread out your payment in a few clicks:

At the moment of selecting the payment method, choose Alma.
Enter your credit card number, and that’s it!

Your installments are automated. You can check them in your summary schedule, and you will receive an email 3 days before each due date.

Payment in installments

Audacifit offers you the option to split your payment using PayPal or Alma to pay in installments.

PayPal :

PayPal is a secure online payment service that allows users to make purchases.

To benefit from PayPal’s services, the user needs to create an account and provide their banking information to PayPal, such as the payment card number. Subsequently, transactions are easily conducted by entering one’s PayPal credentials into the payment interface.

Authentication request (3D Secure)

In accordance with European regulations, your bank may send you an authentication request when validating the payment by credit card.

In addition to the credit card number, expiration date, and the three-digit security code, you may need to enter a one-time unique code sent by your bank via SMS or through a banking application to definitively validate your payment and order.

This secure payment protocol helps mitigate fraud risks by ensuring, with each online payment, that the card is being used by its rightful owner.

This process is not controlled by Audacifit but by your bank.

Using a promo code on the website

To benefit from a promo code during the checkout of your order:

Go to your cart.
Click on ‘Enter promotional code’.
Enter your code, then validate.
Proceed to validate your cart.”

Gift card

Audacifit gift cards are available and can only be used in our stores. They have no expiration date.

A gift card can be used to pay for the entire purchase or combined with another payment method. The amount assigned to the gift card can be used in one or multiple purchases.
