Envo Shopper ensures that your products are dispatched as quickly as possible. Your orders are processed by our warehouse within an average of 1 business day :
Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a business day are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on a non-business day are shipped the next business day.
During busy periods, such as sales, holidays, or special promotions, delivery times may be extended.
Except on public holidays, the warehouse ships parcels from Monday to Friday.

We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion Island, as well as Germany, Belgium, and Monaco.

We work with Chronopost, Colissimo, and Mondial Relay to deliver to your home or to a pickup point. You can also choose to pick up your items in-store by ordering with Click & Collect 2-hour service.

As an overseas France customer, you benefit from tax-free prices. Products are charged without taxes when you validate your cart. The VAT collection is handled by La Poste.

Conditions and Terms of Return and Refund
Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? You have a withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the receipt of the products ordered on our website audacifit.com or purchased in-store. You must return the products in their original packaging, in new condition and perfect condition. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, goods that have been unsealed and/or used and can no longer be sold (particularly for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
Products Purchased In-Store
You can return items purchased in-store to any store in mainland France, upon presentation of your receipt or invoice. You can find your invoices on your customer account, under “My Invoices” section

You can return items ordered on the website either in-store or by sending them back to our warehouse.

Visit any store in mainland France with your receipt or invoice. You can find your invoices on your customer account, under “My Invoices” section.
Return by Sending to Our Warehouse:
Please note that for any return by sending to our warehouse, the return costs are borne by the buyer. Pack your item ensuring it is well protected for transportation. Add the return slip duly filled out in the package (name, first name, order number, preference: exchange or refund). You will find the return slip in the package you received.
If the return slip is missing, please write the following information on a blank sheet of paper: your order code, your name, first name, and postal address, as well as your preference (exchange or refund). Refund:
In the case of returning all of the products ordered, the refund amount will be equal to the total amount paid, which includes the price of the items and any delivery charges (only based on the standard delivery cost).
In the case of returning part of the products ordered, the refund amount will be equal to the price of the returned product(s) only. Your refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving your return package. An email will notify you of the refund for the products.
If you paid by credit card, your bank account will be credited with the amount equal to your refund.
If you paid by PayPal, your PayPal account will be credited with the total amount of your refund.
If you paid by Alma, your payment schedule will be recalculated, and any overpaid amounts will be credited back to your bank account.

How to Order with Click & Collect 2-hour?
By choosing Click & Collect, you can pick up your purchases at the store of your choice within 2 hours after placing your order on the website. This service is offered without a minimum purchase. To place an order with Click & Collect, simply:
1/ Choose the store where you want to pick up your purchases
On mobile, click on the location icon in the middle of the menu bar at the bottom of the screen. Enter the postal code or city and select the store.
On desktop and tablet, click on “Select Store” at the top of the page, to the right of the search bar.
2/ Start shopping
Easily identify items available in your chosen store with the icon located at the top right of available products.
The number of products available in your chosen store is indicated on the product page :
3/ Confirm your cart and enter your delivery information
Once you have selected all your items, proceed to checkout. Choose the “In-Store Pickup 2-hour” delivery option, which is at the top of the list, then enter your name, first name, and phone number.
You will receive a message when your package is ready for pickup. Visit the store with your ID and/or your order confirmation email, and you’re all set!
