My customer account

Access my customer account.

To access your account, go to the My Account page.

Sign in using your email address and the password you chose during registration.

In your customer space, you can update your information, your profile, your addresses, view your favorite products, your loyalty benefits, and track your orders.

Do you already have an account in-store? Create an online account to retrieve your account and benefits on our website.

Lost or forgotten password.

To retrieve your password, go to the My Account page. Click on “Forgot password?”.

Change my personal information (password, email).

You can modify your personal information at any time from your customer account.

To change your password:

Go to your customer account. Navigate to the “Account Details” tab. Make the changes and confirm.

To change your email address:

Go to your customer account. Navigate to the “Account Details” tab. Make the changes to your email address and validate.

Request a loyalty profile change.

History of my invoices

If you placed an order as a registered and identified loyalty customer, you can find your invoice in your customer account under the “My Orders” tab.
